Renovator / protector for plastics and paints on material used in the construction industry
GTS® is a product that provides prevention and cure. It allows quick and easy renovation and protection of plastics and paints on material used in the building industry.
GTS® revives the original colour of all plastics and paints affected by weather conditions. It ensures the protection of material against splashes from concrete, mortar and coatings.
Thanks to its anti-adherent properties, GTS® makes daily cleaning of equipment easy.
Can be used on the backs of vans, hoppers, gutters, flaps, rails, runners etc. Ideal for plying to concrete pumps, building site equipment, metallic casing (faces looking inwards), wooden casing etc...

  • Application: Microfibre cloth, low-pressure atomised with Viton joint 2 bars pressure, shortnap roller or brush for acrylic varnish.
  • Wiping: Microfibre cloth.
Clean tools and equipment used with white spirit immediately after use.
  • Apply the product to a clean, dry surface free of dust and grease (moisture content less than 5% by mass).
  • In case of use of a cleaner, rinse thoroughly until the surface is free from any trace of cleaning product and completely dry.
  • Shake the package thoroughly before use and use the pure product: do not dilute or mix with another product.
  • Carry out a preliminary test on a small area.
Step 1: Apply
  • Apply in one thin and regular layer.
  • Do not overload the support; all of the product must penetrate the surface.
Step 2: Wipe
  • After 10 minutes, the treated material must be wiped off and polished with a lint-free microfibre cloth.
  • Drying protected: 24 hours.
  • Physical state at 20°C: Liquid.
  • Colour: Colourless.
  • Odour: Characteristic.
  • pH: NA.
  • Flash point: 40°C.
  • Boiling point [°C]: 180°C.
  • Density: 1.03 ± 0.02.
  • Water solubility [vol/vol]: None.
  • COV: < 160 g/l*.
Consumption depends on the nature of the support. The following values are given for information: 30 to 40m2/Kg.
  • Can of 0,25 and 5 Kg.
  • 200 kg drums.
  • 1000 kg IBC containers.
  • Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C.
  • Storage: 12 months from date of manufacture, in original packaging unopened.
  • Always handle the product in an aerated area. Otherwise, wear an ABEK-type mask.
  • For perfect application and effective protection, GTS® must be shaken and used when the temperature of the supports is above 10°C and below 30°C.
  • Do not apply in rainy or very hot weather.
  • The ideal air temperature is between 10°C and 30°C.
  • Respiratory protection: Wear an ABEK-type mask.
  • Protection of hands: Wear fluoride rubber gloves.
  • Protection of skin: Wear suitable safety clothing.
  • Protection of eyes: Wear hermetic protective goggles (ref. standard EN 166).
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or specialist.
